By placing an order with Rose’s Kitchen you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions which are set out in the paragraphs below.

 

How to place an order

Please fill out the form on our website with your order. Please supply your name, home address, telephone number and email address for billing purposes. If you are having a picnic at Canwood Gallery, make this clear. State your holiday venue (if applicable), the date you would like your delivery and the number of guests in your party. We are happy to discuss any queries and requests you might have including any dietary requirements. Your order will be confirmed by email at which point a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be due.

 

Minimum order

We cater, as a minimum, for 6 people per dish. For cakes and puddings we charge per cake or per pudding. Quantities for those with specific dietary requirements can be provided for by separate negotiation.​

 

Delivery

Delivery, to include dish collection, is charged at 45 pence per mile and will be quoted for at the time of booking. The food will be delivered at a time which is mutually convenient to you and to Rose’s Kitchen. A refrigerator must be available on arrival to keep your meal at a safe temperature until you are ready to reheat it.The safety of the food becomes the responsibility of the client at the moment it is delivered. If there is no one available at the allotted time, the delivery will be left at the address provided and will be chargeable to the client. We will of course use all reasonable avenues to make contact with you or someone at the address before we leave.

 

Payment

Full payment, minus the 25% deposit, is to be made by bank transfer four weeks prior to delivery. Orders placed more than six months in advance of delivery will be subject to a price review prior to the final payment being made. Bookings made closer to your event will be charged in full at the time of booking.

 

Food Storage and Preparation

Each item will be supplied with reheating instructions. It is the responsibility of the client to follow these instructions. The meal must be kept properly refrigerated until required. Rose’s Kitchen cannot be held responsible for any deterioration of food due to poor storage.

 

Food Allergies

We prepare all of our meals in an environment where nuts and allergens are present.

 

Cancelling an Order

Refunds, minus your non-refundable deposit, will be given up to two weeks before delivery. After this point, no refund can be given.
